The Director and The Consultant Osteopath, Naval has been in Physical Medicine approaching 4 decades. His wealth of experience ranges from working in and teaching Paediatric Osteopathy to serving Schools of Ballet for high impact injuries. His integrated approach to Osteopathy has allowed him to work with every genre of patient that are seen within Physical Medicine, and beyond.

Through out his career Naval has served patients with life limiting conditions with his unique approach in environments such as at The Trinity Hospice, London. Naval was Consultant In Charge at the world famous Osteopathic Centre for Children, London. He was a Module Leader for expectant mothers and the newborn in the MSc in Paediatrics here in conjunction with The University of Bedfordshire. He was contributing author to The German Textbook of Paediatric Osteopathy.

Naval is recruited regularly through a typical year to travel globally for his work both to teach and to work therapeutically with dignitaries, heads of nations, famed and celebrated individuals and also for charitable causes.

For this reason, consultations with Naval are in high demand and cannot be booked online. Naval’s whole Team work closely with him and care for many of his patients. It is therefore recommended that patients see his Team initially, thereafter Naval becomes more closely involved with the patient in their therapeutic experience.

Human movement and injury rehabilitation have become Yanisa’s passion. She has loved enabling patients to return to the activities they enjoy. Having competed in basketball, volleyball, and Muay Thai, she allocated sport as the main driver to become the Osteopath she is today. Naval Mair chose Yanisa Chaikhot to work here because takes a patient-centred, evidence-informed approach, combining skilled hands-on osteopathic treatment with tailored rehabilitation, education, and self-management strategies. Having lived in Thailand, Hong Kong, and the UK, Yanisa values clear communication and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. Outside the clinic, she enjoys strength training, Muay Thai, basketball, and spending time with friends.
